2022 Fitness Class Information

Yoga

Every Saturday on the verandah off the Colonial Club Conference Centre from 10:00am. Entry via Behan St. Please bring yoga mat, towel and drink bottle.

Cost: $10

FitBlitz

FitBlitz is a group fitness class from teens-active seniors.

When: Mondays

Time: 5pm start

Duration: Up to 1hr of general cardio, core, strength and conditioning exercises and includes some weights, resistance band work, agility, speed, boxing and stretching.

Where: Edge Hill State School (Pease St) The sports complex

Please ensure you have medical clearance to participate in any exercise class.

Cost: $10

Bring: Water bottle, towel and an exercise mat.

YourCore

What is it? YourCore focuses on improving your core strength and stability, stretching and toning.

Many of those who participate in Monday’s class attend this class to assist with stretching and lengthening muscles worked in the previous session. As it is a more gentle class, it serves to relieve stress and tension leaving you feeling relaxed, yet energised. Please note participants will need to purchase a 55cm or 65cm swiss ball to use during class ($10-$15 from Kmart or Target).

When: Wednesdays

Duration: Up to 1hr
